This Privacy Policy describes Willow Vineyard's practices and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your information. Willow Vineyard recieves information via email, sms, web forms, mail and various other third-party sources. Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Data

Some services require that we obtain personally identifiable data. Personally identifiable data is data that can be used to identify you as a real person. This could be your name, address, telephone number, etc.

Most of the personally identifiable data we receive is through the Facebook and Twitter API's. If you have an account with either of these companies we can extract your public data from their databases with or without your consent, because it is publicly accessible. Some of your personally identifiable data is likely private, in which case we can only access it after you authenticate with owner of the database and allow us permission to access it. Any public information we receive will remain just that, public. If, however, we prompt you to authorize us to collect private data or personally identifiable data through our own custom web forms it is likely the data could be private. Data collected in this way will most likely be public or private. Privacy levels differ from form to form. Always make sure you understand a given forms privacy standards, and we will make sure to communicate the privacy level of each form or request we make.

Log Data

Willow Vineyard's servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited, and search terms. Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements, may also be included in Log Data. Willow Vineyard shares this data with Google through Google Analytics. Willow Vineyard may keep track of how you interact with links inside the website and its subsidiaries. We do this to improve the performance of our system and to provide more relevent content to our users.

Cookies

Willow Vineyard uses "Cookie" technology to store small bits of personal information on your computer. This is extrememly common with data-driven websites and should not deter you from using our services. We do not share any of our cookie information with any third-party, except any usage information that may be used by Google Analytics.
